The Trainers


All three trainers (Matt Dunford, Louise Pettitt and Rosemary Cribb) can provide services catering to your own individual requirements. Whether it be group or individual training, 3 times a week or six-monthly programmes, they will endeavour to plan your exercise regime to fit your lifestyle.

Experience is the key

We also have vast experience in designing sports-specific programmes for a wide variety of both team and individual sports.

Having worked with international athletes as well as ordinary gym users we feel we can provide tailored services for anyone.  

We have worked with a diverse mix of people of different ages and abilities, from junior clients looking to improve their general movement skills to the elderly overcoming injuries and illness.
