In the course of the last 30 years, no fewer than 22 of our juniors have represented Great Britain.

Community Tennis and Squash for Schools
What is Community Squash and Tennis all about?
Community Squash and Tennis is where we throw our doors open to non-members so that they can come and play and take a look at Solihull Arden Club. There is no obligation to join and we just charge a modest fee to cover costs – there is no limit to how many times you can come along and take part.
When does it normally happen?
So far all of the Community Sessions have taken place on a Saturday so that the maximum number of people get the chance to come along and join in. Take a look at the club Calendar for precise times.
How are Community sessions organised?
For Tennis we have Junior and Adult sessions and for those aged 8 and under we play Mini Tennis (small court, short rackets and soft balls) so that it not too daunting for them! All our sessions are run by qualified coaches and they will organise games between those turning up to play.
Squash and Racketball are also organised by qualified coaches and we can loan equipment if you do not yet have a racquet or ball!
Qualified coaches are always on hand to give advice and assistance.
What else do we do in the Community?
The club has developed a programme for introducing squash to school children. The club coaches provide sessions at five local schools and another two schools attend sessions at the club.
